Effective February 1, 2010, for every new client you refer to me and for whom I do work and collect payment, I will pay you 10% of the 1st year's collections (for 12 months from the date of the 1st collection).*
Payment will be made by check within the month following each collection.
Just make sure the person you refer gives me your name and address when they call or meet with me and prior to their first payment for services.
